Authors from Computer Department of PCCOE are invited to submit original research papers. Submissions should align with the conference themes.


Plagiarism Guidelines

  • The work must be entirely original.
  • Self-plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
  • Proper permissions for third-party materials must be obtained.

Format of Paper

  • File Format: PDF Only
  • Page Limit: Maximum 6 pages
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12-point
  • Margins: 1-inch all sides
  • Sections: Abstract, Intro, Methodology, Results, Conclusion

Format of Presentation (PPT)

  • Slide Limit: Maximum 10 slides
  • Font: Arial or Calibri, Min 24pt
  • Time: Maximum 15 minutes per team
  • Content: Focus on results and visuals, avoid overcrowding text.

Originality Requirements

We maintain high standards for academic integrity.

  • The plagiarism percentage of submitted papers must be below 15% (including references).
  • The AI content similarity should not exceed 25%.

Eligible Submissions

Students are permitted to submit academic work based on their current year:

  • Second Year (SE): CEP (Community Engagement Project) – Poster Presentation
  • Third Year (TE): TS (Technical Seminar) – Research Papers
  • Final Year (BE): Final Year Project – Research Papers

Team Size

  • Each submission may consist of 1 to 4 members.
  • Participants are allowed to submit individually or as part of a group.

  • Include Title, Abstract, and Problem Statement.
  • Show System Architecture and Methodology clearly.
  • Present Results, Future Scope, and Conclusion.
  • Add PCCOE header with AI year logo on the poster.
